Addendum to the General Terms and Conditions for the “Free iPad” promotion

Eligibility:

The “Free iPad” promotion is open to all customers who are 18 years or older and reside in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France and Italy. (Apprentices please act through their legal guardians.)

Promotion period:

The promotion begins on October 1, 2024 and ends on December 31, 2024. Orders received outside of this period are not eligible.

 


Requirements for receiving the iPad:

  • The customer must make a purchase of a 12, 24 or 36 month subscription.

  • The purchase must be made via our official website.

  • Only one free iPad is available per purchase/subscription.

Shipping and delivery:

The free iPad will be shipped from the respective retailer within 1-2 business days after confirmation of the qualifying purchase. Shipping will be handled directly by a third-party service provider. Glasify/Arcadia Wolf is not responsible for shipping and will provide the buyer with the tracking number and the name of the logistics company when completing the purchase. In the event of delivery problems, the buyer should contact the shipping company directly. The iPad will be sent to the shipping address provided by the customer. Delivery is only possible within Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France and Italy.

Returns and exchanges:

Returns and/or exchanges are excluded because the contract is on a purely professional level and does not concern "consumers" (private).

There is no right of withdrawal for professional purchase contracts, i.e. contracts between companies (B2B). Unless otherwise agreed.

The iPad remains the property of the buyer even after the end of the subscription.

Changes and termination of the promotion:

We reserve the right to change the terms of this promotion at any time or to terminate the promotion early if necessary.

Conclusion of contract
The products and prices on this website are non-binding offers.
By ordering via this website, including acceptance of these terms and conditions, the customer makes a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. Glasify / Arcadia Wolf then sends an automatic
order confirmation by email, which confirms that Glasify / Arcadia Wolf has received the customer's offer.
Orders placed are binding for the customer. Unless otherwise stated, there is no right of return or withdrawal.
The contract is concluded as soon as Glasify / Arcadia Wolf sends a declaration of acceptance by email, confirming the
shipment of the ordered products or services.
Orders will only be delivered after full payment has been received (exception: delivery against invoice) and provided
the goods are available. If it turns out that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered in full, Glasify / Arcadia Wolf is entitled not to accept or execute the order or to only accept it in part. In such a case, Glasify / Arcadia Wolf will inform the customer by email. If Glasify / Arcadia Wolf has already received the customer's payment, the payment will be refunded to the customer. If
no payment has been made, the customer is released from the obligation to pay.
Payment options and retention of title
The customer has the payment options specified in the order process at his disposal.
Glasify / Arcadia Wolf reserves the right to exclude customers from individual payment options without giving reasons or to insist on payment in advance.
If the customer defaults on payment, Glasify / Arcadia Wolf can charge default interest of 5% per year and a reminder fee
of a maximum of CHF 20 per reminder.
The products delivered to the customer remain the property of Glasify / Arcadia Wolf until full payment has been made.
Delivery, obligation to inspect, notification of defects and return
Deliveries are sent by post or courier service to the address specified by the customer in the order.
Glasify / Arcadia Wolf endeavors to keep delivery times as short as possible. However, any delivery times specified in the order confirmation are non-binding. Glasify / Arcadia Wolf is entitled to make partial deliveries. In this case, the shipping costs will only be charged to the customer once. The invoice will be sent by email or post, as long as delivery against invoice is offered, at Glasify / Arcadia Wolf's discretion. If the delivery cannot be delivered or the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Glasify / Arcadia Wolf can cancel the contract after notifying the customer by email and observing a reasonable grace period, and invoice the costs for the effort. The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt of the delivery and to report any defects for which Glasify / Arcadia Wolf provides a guarantee immediately in writing by letter or email to the address in the imprint https://glasify.ch/impressum. Returns to Glasify / Arcadia Wolf are at the customer's expense and risk. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the return address specified by Glasify / Arcadia Wolf in the imprint https://glasify.ch/impressum. If the inspection by Glasify / Arcadia Wolf reveals that the goods have no detectable defects or that they are not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, Glasify / Arcadia Wolf can charge the customer for the costs, return or possible disposal.
